In view of the commission of similar type of offences in the past, shown at Sr. Nos. 2 and 3 in paragraph no. 3 of the reply filed on behalf of the nonapplicant-State, I think the applicant cannto be allowed to avail the benefit of anticipatory bail, over and again.
