In the reply it is stated that during the pendency of the application, the investigating agency has completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet. On this particular statement made in the reply, learned counsel Shri R.D. Kalra for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application with a liberty to the applicant to file an application for bail afresh before learned Judge of the Court below subsequent to filing of the charge-sheet.
