The applicant has filed this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, 50% of the amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon is ordered to be paid to the Applicants/Claimants. 3.

The withdrawal is subject to the condition that the Applicants/ Claimants shall refund the said amount with interest in the event the appellant succeeds in the appeal.

The application stands disposed of in the above terms. First Appeal No.203/2021 5.
