Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of agreement for settlement of dispute dated 08/11/2023.

The settlement was arrived at in the course of mediation, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the present petition. The learned Mediator has accepted the settlement and forwarded the report accordingly. 3.

Learned Advocate for the respondent states that after the settlement, parties stayed together for a period of two years and now the husband has again deserted the wife from June, 2025.

It will be open for the respondent/wife to take appropriate legal recourse, in view of subsequent development. 5.
