The learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 and 2 jointly submit that in paragraph No.4 of the judgment there is an apparent typographical error and in the third line instead of "Rs.1,01,800/-", the amount claimed by the petitioner is shown as "Rs.1,800/-". As the mistake is apparent, Registry is directed to correct it and in paragraph No.4 in third line, instead of "Rs.1,800/-" it be shown as "Rs.1,01,800/-". Certified copy of corrected judgment be given to the petitioner without any charges. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
