By these applications, the applicants/appellants are seeking condonation of delay in preferring the applications for restoration of appeals and restoration of first appeals, which were dismissed due to non-removal of office objection by the Registrar (Judicial).

In view of deposit of decretal amount in the execution proceedings and the matters have been settled before the Executing Court, the applications are allowed and disposed of.
First Appeal St. Nos.3046, 2997, 3302 and 2975 of 2019. 4.
In the said First Appeals, in view of deposit of entire decretal amount before the Executing Court, the appellants do not want to prosecute the present appeals. 5.
Moreover, the Civil Applications for condonation of delay and the first appeals are not yet registered, hence appellants seek withdrawal of the appeals and refund of court fee.

All present first appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.
7.
The Registry is directed to verify the position and refund the court fee to the appellants/applicants in the matters as per Rules.
