2] The petition challenges the order dated 30.11.2022, by which the delay, which according to the petitioner is around the period of 3 years, has been condoned without any reason.

3] The impugned order is dated 30.9.2019 and the application has been filed on 23.11.2022, considering which most of the period of the delay is covered by the Covid-19 pandemic. At the most it could be said that there is delay of approximately 7-8 months, considering which it would be appropriate for the petitioner to contest the petition on merit. I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
