After arguing this application for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present application, but a request was made that the petition for maintenance filed by the non-applicant be directed to be decided expeditiously because the non-applicant is allegedly delaying the proceedings before the Family Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the non-applicant has disputed the allegation regarding delay of proceedings because of her before the Family Court.

In view of the above, the present revision application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Family Court at Nagpur, is directed to decide the petition for maintenance filed by the non-applicant expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from today.

The non-applicant has alleged that the applicant is in arrears of the amount towards interim maintenance, which is disputed by the applicant. The Family Court is directed to determine the quantum of arrears which the applicant is liable to pay, if any, and to ensure that the arrears are paid by the applicant within a period of four weeks from today.
