th January, 2015 Dated : 16 On 23-12-2014, this Court had granted time of eight weeks to the applicants on the condition that the applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- before the Executing Court till 2-1-2015; failing which, the protection granted by this Court shall stand vacated. It is not in dispute that the amount was not deposited on or before 2-1-2015. In view of this, the present application cannot be entertained. The same is dismissed. Judge.
