O R D E R

(Passed on 27/07/2024) The appellant, through its Authorised Officer and respondents Nos.1 and 2, with their respective Advocates, are present before the Panel. The matter is amicably settled between them before the Panel. Accordingly, the appellants agreed/undertake to deposit an amount of Rs.29,50,000/- inclusive of NFL, towards a full and final settlement of the claim in this Court within two months. On depositing the amount of compensation, the original claimants are entitled to withdraw the same. It is also agreed that the appellant is entitled to withdraw the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- with accrued interest thereon. Accordingly, the parties filed a compromise pursis before the panel. Parties have admitted the contents of the compromise pursis and their signatures on it.

Hence, the compromise pursis is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Respondent Nos.1 and 2/original claimants have also admitted the receipt of the NFL amount of Rs.50,000/- before the Tribunal. 2) In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis. The award be drawn accordingly. 3) Pending application(s), if any, disposed of accordingly. 4) Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules.
