None appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner has challenged order passed by the learned Magistrate directing him to pay Rs.1,000/- per month to the respondent No.1 (wife) and Rs.500/- per month to the respondent No.2(minor son) as interim maintenance, the amount of maintenance being payable from the date of the order.

The learned Magistrate has considered the relevant facts in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the impugned order. I do not find any patent illegality or perversity in the impugned order.

The petition is dismissed.
