Both the learned counsel Shri M.V. Samarth and Shri S.N. Bhattad agree that the petition can be disposed of by directing the Industrial Court to decide ULPA Complaint 218 of 2012 in a time bound manner. The joint submission is reasonable. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the Industrial Court to decide ULPA Complaint 218 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months.
