The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of the liberty given to1 the applicants by this Court (Coram : S. B. Shukre and M. J. Jamdar, JJ) dated 11.02.2020, the applicants intend to file an application for discharge.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file the application for discharge before the competent Court. If the application for discharge is filed before the competent Court, it is expected that the said application will decide in accordance with law.
