The applicant has called in question the order of issuance of process passed in Summary Criminal Case No.8223 of 2021 on 20.07.2021. The said order is revisable in terms of Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Sessions Court. In such facts, there is no propriety to entertain the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3.

In view of that, application stands disposed of. The applicant is at liberty to file revision before the Sessions Court. If the revision is file within two weeks from today, the Sessions Court shall consider the same on merits without looking to the aspect of the limitation.
