DATED : 10-03-2025 The only grievance is that though the petitioner has been placed on the pay of academic level 14 in terms of the communication dated 4.3.2025, the auditor has not verified the same and acted upon it. That, in our considered opinion, cannot be a ground for review as once the communication dated 4.3.2025 records that pay of academic level of 14 has been granted to petitioner, the auditor has no other choice than to verify and act in terms thereof. The application for review is therefore, rejected. No costs.
