This is an application filed by respondents/ original claimants praying that they be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court or in the alternative for grant of early hearing. The appeal arises out of the order passed by the Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 granting compensation to the respondents. Respondent No.1 is about 70 years old and respondent No.2 is about 75 years old and are parents of the deceased workman.

Considering the facts of the case and as per the willingness shown by the learned advocates for the respective parties, the appeal is taken up for final hearing. The application is disposed of accordingly.
