Even though this Court has permitted respondent no.1 to withdraw an amount of 2,63,783/-, respondent no.1 later onם☬ remembered that he has already withdrawn an amount of 2,22,689/-. So, now he is entitled to withdraw only an amountם☬ of Rs.41,094/-. There is no dispute about this proposition by the appellant-VIDC. Hence, in order dated 16-12-2020, direction (a), be modified as follows :- (a) Instead of 2,63,783/- it should be corrected toם☬ 41,094/-.ם☬ (b) Personal identification of respondent no.1 is dispensed with as he is a senior citizen.

(c) The Nazir is directed to transfer the amount within a period of 15 days from today.

(d) Application is disposed of.
