The matter is being listed before this Court since 7th January, 2016. Parties state that the reference arises out of penalty proceedings and quantum reference independently is pending.

Advocate Shri Parchure submits that as per his office, a reference at the instance of assessee is pending at Bombay and efforts are being made to get it transferred to Nagpur.

The said reference proceedings at Bombay is registered as ITR No.437/1975.
