The learned acting Government Pleader produces the copy of Government Resolution dated 30.03.2016 and states that the directions issued by this Court are complied with and further states that it's copy is already served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though, there is some delay in the matter, as we do not see any malafies, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. Needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the notification dated 30/03/2016, if any occasion therefor arises.
