Accepting the explanation given in the application, the respondent No.1 is permitted to furnish the solvent surety as per the order passed by this Court on 22nd December, 2017, if it is furnished till 15th January, 2018. If the solvent surety is furnished till 15th January, 2018, there is no need to issue non-bailable warrant to secure presence of the respondent No.1.

The application is disposed accordingly.

List the contempt petition for further consideration on 17th January, 2018, as already fixed. The respondents shall remain present before this Court on 17th January, 2018 at 10.30 a.m.
