We have seen the order dated 24/11/2023 passed below Exhibit Exhibit-1 in Criminal M. A. No.3120/2023 delivered by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur.

It is the case of the petitioner that the aforesaid order is not taken to its logical end till this date.

That being so, we direct the Senior PSI, Ambazari Police Station, Nagpur to submit report in compliance with the order dated 24/11/2023 within a period of six weeks from today. 5.

Accordingly, with aforesaid directions criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
