The claimant has already withdrawn Rs.15,00,000/- on furnishing undertaking, as per the order passed by this Court on 8th January, 2016. The claimant has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw the balance amount.

Considering the facts of the case, the claimant is permitted to withdraw Rs.20,00,000/- on furnishing undertaking of the claimant as well as wife of the claimant before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that if at the time of hearing it is found that the claimant is not entitled for the amount withdrawn by him, the amount will be redeposited along with interest as may be ordered by this Court, within three months. The balance amount be continued in fixed deposit in nationalised bank. The civil application is allowed accordingly. JUDGE RRaut..
