The petitioner seeks for withdrawal the petition with a liberty to file revision before the Revenue Minister in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and ors. (2016) 2 SCC 213.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
