The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the transfer of the respondent no.5 at Vidarbha Institute of Science,Amravati where the petitioner was serving. It is the petitioner's contention that on account of such transfer, she was likely to be victimized in view of the provisions of Section 11(2) of the Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2011. It is however seen that the petitioner has superannuated on 30.04.2022 which fact has been noted in the order dated 02.05.2022. On the petitioner's superannuation, the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent no.5 has been transferred at the place where the petitioner was serving, does not survive.
