Criminal Application (APPA) No.07/2018:

The appellant is sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for three years having been convicted for offence punishable under section 354(A)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The appellant was on bail during the trial and
