Shri Dharmadhikari, learned Advocate for the appellant/applicant has submitted that this Court has passed the order on 17.07.2019, but instead of typing Civil Application (CAF) 1448 of 2018, it was wrongly typed as Civil Application (CAF) No. 2027 of 2019, therefore, prayed to correct the mistake.

Heard Shri Khapre, learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 1 and 2. He has fairly submitted that if the mistake is of Court, it can be corrected. 4.

Looking to the submissions, the review application is allowed.

Order dated 17.07.2019 be corrected in the Title Clause as "Civil Application (CAF) No. 1448 of 2018"

MCA 17.2020.odt and Civil Application (CAF) No. 2027 of 2019 be deleted. 6.

The Civil Application (CAF) No. 2027 of 2019 is filed by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 for vacating of stay order. The said civil application will be heard on its own merit without taking into consideration the order passed by this Court on 17.07.2019.

Place the Civil Application (CAF) No. 2027 of 2019 on 29.01.2020.

Steno copy of this order be supplied to the parties today itself.
