DATED : 17-01-2025 In pursuance to the permission granted, Vasant College of Education, Wardha was being permitted to be run by the petitioner society which ran for a duration 1984 to 1989. Thereafter, the college is not functional. The petitioner has filed application on 29.11.21 to the Director of Education seeking restoration of approval in terms of the Government Resolution dated 31.8.2008 (page 20). The only grievance of the petitioner is the said application has not been considered and decided by respondent No. 3. That being the limited issue, we dispose of petition by directing respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the application dated 29.11.2021 filed by the petitioner one way or the other in terms of the law and policy applicable. The same shall be done within a period of six weeks from today. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
