The appeal is already disposed of in the Lok Adalat dated 08.09.2018.

Now, the respondents/Claimants are seeking withdrawal of entire compensation amount, which is deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company.

Under such circumstances, the respondent nos.1 to 3/Claimants are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon till date, as per the apportionment done by the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
