1] By this application, the appellant husband prays for condonation of delay of 194 days caused in filing the family court appeal. It is informed that the judgment sought to be challenged dated 27.2.2017 delivered by the Family Court, has already been challenged by the wife in Family Court Appeal No.7/2018 and the matter has been admitted.

2] As such, by consent, the civil application is allowed. Delay of 194 days is condoned.

3] The family court appeal shall be registered after removal of all office objections within two weeks and thereafter can be listed along with Family Court Appeal No.7/2018. The learned Advocate for the respondent, appellant in the earlier appeal, waives service on behalf of the respondent in this family court appeal.
