15th March, 2019 Heard the learned counsel for the Applicantpetitioner. The Applicant-petitioner is trying to compare the Other Backward Classes category with Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes for the purposes of concession in the results of National Eligibility Test. This aspect of alleged

discrimination has already been dealt with in our decision rendered on 3rd December, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 8176 of 2018. We, therefore, do not find any reason to review the said decision.

Application is dismissed.
