By order dated 30.11.2017, the appellant was permitted to file private paper book within a period of three weeks subject to payment of costs of Rupees One Thousand. The aforesaid directions have not been complied with.

Hence, if the aforesaid directions are not complied with, within a period of three weeks from today, Second Appeal No.245 of 2011 shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court. JUDGE APTE
