Heard Shri U.A. Gosavi, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners, Ms. K.K. Pathak, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Shri B.M. Lonare, learned AGP for respondent No. 2.

The petitioners seek pensionary benefits and arrears as per recommendations of 6th Pay Commission. The benefit has been extended to them from 01.11.2012 and hence petition now survives to examine entitlement for arrears prior to that date.

The youngest of the petitioners is now 79 years old. We, therefore, allow the present civil application. List the petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 20.03.2017.
