A prayer made in this petition is for direction to the respondents to grant interest @ 18% p.a. on the arrears of 7th pay scale for a particular period, so also on delayed period of grant of pension and release of Gratuity. Be that as it may, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation dated 07/10/2024 (pg.48) which is still not decided. That being so, we direct respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 07/10/2024 in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from receipt of this order.
