Shri Ganesh Iyer, Advocate h/f Shri S.S. Ghate, Advocate appearing for the original applicants has no objection for permitting the original non-applicants to withdraw the amount deposited as per the order passed by this Court on 7th January, 2014. The learned Advocate for the non-applicants states that the amount can be given to non-applicant No.3 and the other non-applicants have no objection for it.
Accepting the statement made on behalf of the non-applicants, Registry is directed to give the amount alongwith interest on it, if any, to the non-applicant No.3. The civil application is allowed in the above terms. No costs.
