Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. On perusal of the FIR it seems that the applicant can be relegated to competent authority to seek equally efficacious remedy. Hence, we make the following order.
ORDER
Criminal Application (APL) No. 6/2015 is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to adopt such other remedy in accordance with law.
