DATED : 21-01-2025 After hearing the petition for sometime, when this Court has shown disinclination to entertain the petition, Mr. Z.Z. Haq, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with a request for a direction to the DRAT, Mumbai to decide Securitization Appeal Diary No. 1451/2022 within a stipulated time. Considering the nature of controversy and the fact that the petitioners have already deposited Rs. 70,00,000/- out of total outstanding dues of Rs. 89,30,364/- as on 28.3.2018, which according to him, is more than 75% of the dues payable at that time, we direct the DRAT to decide Appeal Diary No.1451/2022 within a period of three months from today. The petitioners to place copy of this order before the concerned Bench of DRAT.
