By the order dated 27.06.2022, the respondent no.3-Director of State Projects was called upon to decide the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2019.

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the said respondent has tendered an order dated 22.07.2022 which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. By that order the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Municipal Corporation, Akola to Zilla Parishad, Amravati. In view of aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance does not survive.
