Seen para no.3 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the State in which it is stated that the Investigating Officer has forwarded all the papers to the Experts Committee at Government Medical College, Akola, constituted under Government Resolution dated 26 th of March, 2010, issued pursuant to the judgment of the Supreme Court that no FIR should be registered against practicing doctor unless Experts Committee makes a report. We find that the present application is premature. We therefore dispose of the same with liberty in favour of the petitioner to file such proceedings
