This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 30.08.2023 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Yavatmal. 2.

Though the respondent Nos.1 to 5 are served, none appeared. Respondent No.6 is not yet served. 3.

The appellant is ready to deposit entire decreetal amount within six weeks from today.

In view of above, the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 30.08.2023 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Yavatmal is stayed during the pendency of this appeal subject to depositing the entire amount within six weeks. 5.
