By order dated 08/09/2021, the respondents, who are the original applicants in the land reference, were permitted to withdraw the compensation deposited by the acquiring body.

The Registry has raised objection to disburse the amount to respondent no.2, since the name in the cause title has been recorded as Chandrakala Katashwarwar. The applicant has placed on record, copy of the Government Gazette dated 28/01/2022 which reveals that the name of respondent no.2 is changed from Chandrakala w/o Jayantrao Katashwarwar to Nanda Jayantrao Katashwarwar. In

2 16 caf 83-2022 view of the change of name, the amount payable to respondent no.2 Chandrakala w/o Jayantrao Kateshwarwar, the amount payable to respondent no.2 be paid to her Attorney holder Dilip Pillewarrespondent no.2C. Hence the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) and is disposed of accordingly.
