This is an application for amendment of the writ petition.

(2) After hearing Shri Shelat, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Waghmare, learned counsel for the respondent, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

(3) The amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.

(4) It is made clear that the question of applicability of the document namely the sale deed will be decided at the stage of final hearing.

(5) Learned counsel for the petitioner to file the amended copy of writ petition on record and also furnish the copy to the learned counsel for the respondent.
