By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur, cancelling the approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The petitioner has also sought a direction to the Education Officer to reinstate her as the Headmistress. Shri N. S. Khubalkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states on instructions received vide communication dated 20/01/2016 that the Education Officer would be withdrawing the impugned order cancelling the approval, thereby restoring the approval to the appointment of the petitioner as the Headmistress. A copy of the communication dated 20/01/2016 is placed on record.

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed. The writ petition is disposed of accepting the statement made the learned Assistant Government Pleader. Order accordingly. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Asmita
