The petitioner/applicant has moved this application to permit her to amend the petition. During the pendency of the petition, she was appointed as a Lower-Grade Stenographer, so she wants to bring said facts on record, add respondent No.3, and permit her to produce annexures XIII-A and XIII-B on record.

Learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection to allowing the application.

Considering the no-objection given by the other side and for the reasons stated in the application, we deem it appropriate to allow the application. Hence, the civil application is allowed, as prayed.

The petitioner/applicant is permitted to add the State of Maharashtra as party respondent No.3. 5.

The petitioner/applicant is further directed to carry out the amendment within one week from today and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side. 6.
