This application is preferred by Bhagwan S/o Mahadeorao Agarkar seeking to intervene on the ground that it was at his instance, and on the basis of complaint filed by him, that the inquiry in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner was initiated. 3.

We see no impediment in permitting the Bhagwan S/o Mahadeorao Agarkar to intervene.
