Heard Shri A.S. Kilor, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri S.M. Ukey, learned Addl. P.P. for respondent no.1.

It is not in dispute that charge-sheet is filed. Learned counsel for the applicants however submits that though on earlier occasion respondents were directed to provide copy of charge-sheet to him, that copy is still not supplied.

Learned Addl.P.P. submits that within 7 days copy will be served upon Shri Kilor, learned counsel for the applicants.

In this situation, keeping all contentions
Order 1412apl8.15 open and with liberty to applicants to move appropriate application before the trial Court within two weeks after receipt of copy of charge-sheet, we dispose of the present application. No costs. 5.
