For the reasons stated in both these applications, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and restoration of the appeal.

Hence, both these civil applications are allowed. Family Court Appeal No.10 of 2015 is restored.

The office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
