It appears that the appeal is withdrawn by the Insurance Company before the Lok Adalat dated 01.08.2021. In the order dated 01.08.2021, the panel of Lok Adalat had already held the presence of respondent nos.2 to 4, who entitled for withdrawal of compensation amount.

As such, the office could have permitted the Claimants to withdraw the amount in the year 2021 itself. Therefore, there is no need for filing an application for withdrawal, again.

As such, the application stands disposed of.

The office is directed to pay the amount of compensation to the Claimants as per the order dated 01.08.2021 passed in the Lok Adalat, along with the accrued interest thereon till date, in equal proportion. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE , J.
