Dated : 3 rd February, 2015 The Trial Court has held that the petitioner has failed to satisfy any of the conditions to seek permission to adduce additional evidence as per Order XLI, Rule 27 of the Civil Procedure Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court on the compliance of the conditions under Order XLI, Rule 27 of the Civil Procedure Code. There is no reason to interfere in the order impugned in this petition. The petition is dismissed.
