The appeal is already disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The present application is filed by respondent nos.1 and 2 for withdrawal of entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company. The request is made for transfer of the amount of compensation to the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia, however it would be better if the amount is withdrawn from this Court, since it is deposited here.

The learned Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is not having any objection for such withdrawal.

Under such circumstances, the respondent nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation lying with this Court in this matter along with accrued interest thereon till date in equal proportion.
