Appellant Kashinath Tukaram Korewad is reported to be dead, as per communication dated 25.6.2015, sent by office of District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pusad. The certificate dated 24.6.2015 issued by Registration Officer under Registration of Birth and Death Act, 1969 is enclosed herewith. As per that certificate, Kashinath has expired on 25.7.2009 and his death is registered on 14.11.2011.
